You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Show no signs of damage or wear
- Be returned with all original packaging, including:
- The red gift box
- The product itself
- The knot chain (if included)
Return Cost
- A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund
- Customers are responsible for initiating the return shipment
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items are not eligible for return or refund

Refund & Replacement
7-Day Refund Guarantee for Defective Items
We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every Glint & Luck piece. But unfortunately, if your product arrives defective or damaged out of the box, please contact us (info@glintandluck.com) within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We will send a replacement free of charge, with no return required, or
- You may choose to request a refund instead.
To help us process your claim quickly, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video as proof that the item was defective upon arrival.
Non-Refundable Items
- All sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
- Once a replacement has been issued, the order is no longer eligible for a refund.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Our return and replacement warranty does not cover:
- Lost or stolen items
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, tarnishing, or fading of metals and gemstones
- Damage caused by improper care, such as exposure to chemicals, water, or excessive force
- Any repairs, resizing, or modifications made by a third party outside of Glint & Luck.
